New year takes a lot along with the resolution list which is why I am offering a free yoga class by the beach to get you started.
The class is recommended for anyone wanting to learn about yoga, to get started on simple stretch exercises, or to just meet people and have fun after all we all are in this together.
In a 45 mins session, we will focus on some very simple yet powerful breathing exercises to bring back focus on yourself, some restorative poses, and a few salutations here and there and Did I tell you Live music as well.

Cost is $10 to $22.50 Vicente Chamber Orchestra begins its 2019 Concert Season with the prodigiously talented cellist Gabriel Martins in a performance of Robert Schumann’s beloved cello concerto in A minor.. The program also includes Franz Schubert’s Symphony no. 4 in C minor, the Tragic. After the concert, mingle with members of the orchestra, Gabriel Martins and other guests at our reception.
