New year takes a lot along with the resolution list which is why I am offering a free yoga class by the beach to get you started.
The class is recommended for anyone wanting to learn about yoga, to get started on simple stretch exercises, or to just meet people and have fun after all we all are in this together.
In a 45 mins session, we will focus on some very simple yet powerful breathing exercises to bring back focus on yourself, some restorative poses, and a few salutations here and there and Did I tell you Live music as well.
